1. Introduction

Welcome to Luna Couture ("Company", "we", "our", "us")! These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of our website located at lunacouture.hk (together or individually "Service") operated by Luna Couture.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Services

Luna Couture provides bespoke tailoring services including but not limited to:

• Custom suits and dresses
• Garment alterations
• Professional fittings
• Fabric consultation

3. Appointments and Consultations

• Free consultations are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
• We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
• Repeated missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Payments and Deposits

• A 50% deposit is required to commence work on custom garments.
• Final payment is due upon completion before garments are released.
• We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.
• All prices are in HKD and subject to change without notice.

5. Fittings and Alterations

• Multiple fittings may be required for custom garments.
• Minor alterations within 14 days of purchase are free for custom garments.
• Significant weight changes may require additional alterations at cost.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer returns or refunds on completed garments.
• Deposits are non-refundable except in cases where we are unable to fulfill the order.
• Defective workmanship will be corrected at no additional charge.

7. Fabric and Materials

• While we make every effort to accurately represent fabric colors and textures, slight variations may occur.
• We are not responsible for fabric imperfections that were not apparent at time of selection.
• Special order fabrics cannot be returned or exchanged.

8. Delivery Times

• Estimated completion times are provided as a guide only.
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
• Rush services may be available at additional cost.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, and original creations by Luna Couture remain our intellectual property. Clients may not reproduce our designs for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Luna Couture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "last updated" date.
